It’s a familiar feeling to anyone who has found themselves trapped in an endless cycle internet browsing- somewhere, out there, is the article, text or information that’s going to make sense of it all and make something click, as it […]
Tonight’s the Tate Britain! Things are mainly calm, thanks to very many to-do lists with actual tick boxes I’ve drawn on myself. Anthony the conductor (Anthony-the-conductor) and I are arriving much too early on purpose so nothing can take us […]
How to write? Just received my February a-n Magazine and I see that on p.16 an extract from my New Year’s Resolutions (Blog 15) has been quoted: ‘See more shows and write more reviews. Thinking about what we have seen, […]

Good news! I have takers for the next 4 sessions of Children’s Book Illustration classes. We will be concentrating on thumbnails and making dummy books.
I have just this moment received a book in the post from the LRB. It is a gift from my partners father and his wife. It couldn’t have come at a better time. The book is ‘Atlas of Remote Islands: […]
It’s been a fair while since I posted on Degrees Unedited, when I left Wirral Met I also moved my blogging into Artists Talking. I know that I read the student blogs still quite regularly, like seeing how everyone is […]
