It is unlikely that such a shop in the UK would allow its sign to read Arsena. The sign being in English however automatically reduces its status even if the sign is displayed so prominently and is central to the nature of the business. I hope it remains Arsena for while. I will try to return in a month or two and see if it remains like this.
