Oliver Bennett is a freelance writer and editor based in London and East Anglia. His pursuit in public art is informed by an interest in placemaking, the creation of the civic realm, the drive towards defining shared values, and how the various demands of public art shape its appearance. Bennett is the author of 'Home grown: art and the cultivation of a neighbourhood', published in 2009 by Commissions East, and lectures in journalism at the University of Falmouth.
