Sandy loves to create, working in a variety of media, often combining – painting, drawing, collage, sewing (always chopping things up and changing things), wet and needle felting, using whatever is necessary to create the effect she wants to achieve. She is also a bit manic about reusing and repurposing items. Originally she trained as Surface Pattern Designer working freelance on wallpaper designs, wrapping papers, greeting cards and fabric designs. After a short time living in the USA, she returned to her home county of Somerset and re-trained as a Graphic Designer an area she has worked in for the last 25+ years. Somerset
