William David Titley

With a PhD from Manchester Metropolitan University, William is a Senior Lecturer at The University of Central Lancashire. In 2012 he Co-founded and directed 'In-Situ', an artist-led organisation (Arts Council National Portfolio Organisation) based in Pendle.
