Based on the principle that “healthy ecologies are very dynamic”, Robinson believes that arts organisations need a various range of resources and “adaptive skills” to survive and thrive. He argues that: “organisations and sectors that consistently display these characteristics will tend to prove more resilient, be more productive and have more impact. Makes recommendations for how Arts Council England and others could enhance resilience in the arts sector.
