Nicholas Sharp is a solicitor who has advised visual artists on legal matters, especially contracts for many years. He was special adviser to the Arts Council's Percent for Art Steering Committee on Contracts for Public Art Commissions in 1990 and author of the a-n Visual Arts Contracts series.
