Now historical, this is one of a suite of documents issued by the New Labour DCMS which made up the Creative Economy Programme. Focusing on the role of Higher Education, it recommends four areas for development. 1) Setting a national framework for entrepreneurial learning. 2) Investigation into existing provider models. 3) Encouragement of curriculum innovation. 4) Creation of a National Enterprise Programme for the Creative Industries.
