Monday morning

-woken up in a bad mood

– at 7am

-realising there is no point going back to sleep

-I might as well get up and write a to do list.

Oh dear.

Why did I do this to myself – now in an even more bad mood and having a mental breakdown!

Now have just over two weeks to finish EVERYTHING.

Anyone want to sweep up some dust for me??!!

This weekend was very proactive – but perhaps for the wrong reasons.

Myself and Layne Arlina – the Eye2Spy Collective – spent the weekend showcasing our films and organising an event at The Arts House in Bristol ro show our own films as well as that of Bristol and Bath based artists.

Yesterday (Sunday) went okay (minus all the technical glitches) the films were received well with applause after each one.

It was good to hear feedback off the public – particularly from those that are not necessarily into the arts, especially video and performance art.

Hopefully we will be hosting another Eye2Spy Presents night soon – maybe after degree show time.

So any of you who would like to showcase your films get in touch

[email protected]

As for today – I’ve got a two page to do list to get on with.

(Panic Attack!!)

So even though, I have tonnes of work to be getting on with and even though I still haven’t got enough dust for my degree show, I have started new projects, organised more events and found myself drowning in more paperwork!

One word – idiot.

OH well – I know something good will come out of it all – even if it isn’t a degree!

This weekend myself and Layne Arlina as part of Eye2Spy Collective will be showcasing our films in Bristol not just at one but two events!

Saturday 7th will be a film day at the Arts House Cafe in Stokes Croft

Sunday 8th will be an event organised by us called Eye2Spy Presents – an evening of Art films by Bristol and Bath based artists at The Bank in Bristol.

All very exciting and I will let you know more later in the week.

As for my dust- I have been burning it.

IT burns, sets a light and then just stays as dust.

You can’t get rid of dust.

Dust will be dust.

…not entirely sure what I’m going to do with this information quite yet – but we will see.
