About this event

The film focuses on the families of women who were killed in the UK by their partner or former partner in 2013. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with researchers from the University of Derby and representatives from local community groups and charities who provide support to women. The panel will discuss the wider context of women experiencing domestic violence and whether things have changed over the past decade.

You can contribute to the discussion by posting a comment or a question to the padlet, which will available to you as a link once you register. Refreshments will be available on the day.

This is a free event funded by the University of Derby’s Participatory Research Fund.
