High Yellow, Yorkshire

Terry Frost, 'High Yellow, Yorkshire', Oil on canvas, 1955. Courtesy: Leeds Museums and Galleries. His colourful, exuberant work brought a popular dimension to the often cerebral landscape-orientated abstraction of post war St. Ives art.
