Eldi Dundee's practice consists of painting, photography, assemblage, performance, installation, writing, drawing, printmaking and sculpture. Her current artistic concerns revolve around the fact and act of inhabiting a female form, notions of feminism, anti-feminism, childhood memory, interpretations of beauty, subtle forms of violence in western culture, embodying carnality and what transcending the physical might mean. Of particular curiosity right now is the focus on pre- and post-performance objects, detritus and space, and the performative physicality of making the artworks themselves. She studied art at Byam Shaw (Central St Martins/UAL) and University of East London (2009). She is currently a member of the part time student cohort on the MA Fine Art at Chelsea (UAL). London
