One of several “handbooks” for Welsh “portfolio organisations” detailing what is expected from them in terms of delivering Arts Council Wales priorities. Includes guidance on “a commitment to tackling cultural poverty”; a “commitment to working with Young People”, and “a commitment to working internationally”. Also requires organisations to pay a fair rate to “creative professionals” and to well-being and sustainability. Seems like a lot for organisations to consider, but a useful level of transparency by ACW.
