Report shows that despite the first few years after graduating being a critical time for artists, support is often at its lowest. Financial pressure, along with competition, rising costs, and precarious conditions make it a difficult period. It concludes that: “Time, space and money are the three most precious resources for visual arts practitioners, but these are often in short supply.”
