Liverpool Arts Regeneration Consortium was established in 2007 and received over £1.34m from ACE to run an arts research and intervention programme within the city, focusing on North Liverpool. Provides an overview of cultural activity in North Liverpool at that time, and identifies how LARC would work most effectively with communityand cultural organisations in North Liverpool. Interesting as a case-study for the deployment of partnership project working in a difficult regeneration area where many previous initiatives have had limited impact.
