Finds that London schools are overall reasonably committed to and active in their cultural engagement activities. However 1) a substantial minority do not refer to cultural education in their school development plans 2) they are far less engaged with the creative industries than with music, theatre, museums and galleries 3) engagement more often initiated by themselves than the cultural sector 4) independent schools have limited awareness of Artsmark and Arts Award 5) special schools are less likely to visit cultural venues.
