Only one fifth of creative workspace in the UK is owned by the people who use them (2010 NASP research). This report outlines challenges to provision, the development of new and diverse models and solutions and the types of partnerships that can aid sustainability. It also aims to support policy makers, funders and agencies by presenting information relevant to the production of feasibility studies, action plans and other workspace development process.
