Weighty report examines the national infrastructure for museums, and the challenges and opportunities for all of England’s museums. Focusing primarily on the 1,312 Arts Council England Accredited museums, it sets out nine priorities for the sector. Also proposes series of recommendations to enable more strategic approach to public funding in museums by government and its Arm’s Length Bodies.
