Over 1,200 members of a-n responded to this second survey undertaken one year after the referendum vote to leave the EU. Key findings are a drop of 14% on the number of artists travelling to Europe for work in the previous year; although this still means 9,000 artists making work or study visits annually. 19% of respondents report an increase in costs related to their practice; 13% have experienced a negative impact on sales; 10% have seen a reduction in funding; 8% are reporting a reduction in opportunities overall.
