New work, next stages.
I found the frame and cut a board I found to fit. I don’t think this frame works with the work however and have removed it. This work also possibly needs some quieter areas.
I am a painter facinated by ancient artforms and primitive cultures. This facination began whilst studying for my degree in Anthropology. I am interested in the beginings of expression and language in its pictorial form. My work is an attempt to access my unconcious mind and I create 'raw' artworks which express my internal emotions. My art practice links me into that instinctual drive for expression which began with our ancient ancestors.
