The Foursight Art Collective is a group of four contemporary artists who have very different ways of interpreting the world around us through their art.
Peta Jacob’s artworks explore the phenomena of light and matter, particularly the paradoxical nature of wave and particle behaviour at the quantum level. The physical act of seeing underlies the work of Jennie Jewitt-Harris. Her drawings, paintings and sculpture explore the role of vision and psychology in development of the self. Karen Marks combines white and coloured porcelain, thrown and abstracted, to reinterpret the perceptions of flow and rhythm of water. Jaci Foster considers our relationship with domestic objects, and perceptions of their role and importance.
