There it is the way how it starts the World of art.

Cave drawings on Sicily are created around this time, with the proto-Sicani being given credit for the work by some modern experts. Early coastal settlements can also be found, such as at Addaura (near Palermo). If the Sicani themselves are not responsible, then it is their Neolithic forebears, people who blend in with the later Sicani arrivals, possibly during the late Neolithic or Bronze Age periods. Alternatively, the Sicani are the aborigines who are influenced by the arrival of later peoples, such as the Elymi and Siculi around the tenth century BC.
And it was the beginning for the long live of drawing through the years, and in my first year it was a very interesting journey to, as i start to resume here.

Pablo Picasso one of the most famous artists in the World it’s a good example of evolution in drawing.
If we talk about Picasso it will be not fair enough to talk about for example in Leonardo da Vinci, Cezanne, Monet, Rembrandt and others important artists in the developing of art through the years.
LEONARDO DA VINCI

From now i will try to show all my developing during the course, until reach the main exhibition the degree show, it was a very important study during the last two and half years, the artists i use for source to do my work and as well all my artwork done. I will start with a review from my work
This drawings are a small example from what i have done in Drawing, a important subject in the meaning of this course
As i said , all this drawings are part of my learning and my evolution it could be not visible my evolution but there it was evolution in all the ways, but nothing better then the sketchbook to relate how it was my journey in this course and my evolution if it could be called evolution, because i think it was more a change of mind this course make in all my perspectives and intentions when i start this course.I will demonstrate all my journey or better the first year in drawing.
This is the link to my video:

I have to say apologize me if the video is to big but it was already done without the concern about duration time.I show this video in this post because the movie it was made between drawing, and lens based media and even drawing, but the subject from the video is all about Abstract expressionism and Jackson Pollock.

with this video maybe you can see better what i had done during my course.
Another video with my drawings, ideas for printmaking and other works.

With this video i try to show to everybody my intentions for the future.
But there are much more to see around the work i had done in the last 2 years.

It could be said that it was a very interesting subject, as well we had a few more lectures, where we had done more work about the movement.

Progress of learning.

DRAWING SOURCES- RESEARCH:
This it will be where i try to show all my research for study in various artists.
-MARLENE DUMAS.

Nothing better while starting to talk about Marlene then this massive exhibition in Tokyo in 2007, where we can see almost all of the work from her.

I will show also a few photos but in more detailed view, i choose Marlene for my study because, i use to say i don’t know how to draw , faces, figures, or maybe i have some fears in relation, but after seeing the work from Marlene, i start to lose a few fears about drawing, she it was a very important artist for the conception and understanding myself and what i really want with and from art.

It was because of her drawings, such a lovely and plenty of freedom. When i say freedom it’s because, i have a few fears about drawing faces or figures as i mention before, but after see the work of Marlene i start to think, in a much more positive way, thanks to Marlene and other artists as well.
As i said before there are more artists where i was focus, but i will post in the future.
there were more artists, also Portuguese artists like:
MANUEL CARGALEIRO

Drawing from Manuel Cargaleiro, Portuguese artist were I used to make research and I really appreciated all his career, with plenty of good work around Portugal.
