PJ Harvey: Recording in Progress, Somerset House, London
Situated in an architectural installation designed by Somerset House-based practice Something & Son, musician PJ Harvey is recording her ninth studio album. This Artangel project enables visitors to experience exactly what is happening at a particular moment in the studio as Harvey works with her band and producer Flood.

Gideon Mendel, Plymouth Arts Centre, Plymouth
Widely regarded as one of the world’s leading documentary photographers, Gideon Mendel‘s practice helps support activist purposes. This exhibition by the London-based South African explores the socio-environmental issues of a warming planet, with much of the work focusing on the Somerset and Thames Valley floods of winter 2013-14.
