Liverpool Arts Regeneration Consortium

Liverpool Arts Regeneration Consortium (LARC) comprises seven members: the Bluecoat, FACT, Liverpool Biennial, Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Tate Liverpool, and the Unity Theatre.

Together they share a fundamental belief in the power of art and culture to change lives far beyond the confines of the concert hall, theatre, museum and gallery. They works as an informal consortium on a number of regeneration programmes.
