Shows that the value of openly offered paid opportunities for visual artists increased by 15% in 2016, compared to 2013. However, this still represents a 17% decline from pre-recession 2007 figures. Generally the average value of residencies, awards and commissions has substantially decreased.  28% of opportunities advertised offered no financial reward for artists. Very interesting reading for artists, and anyone involved in arts management
