Over the course of this degree, these 8 students were encouraged to dissect, critique and transform their practices, with an aim of elevating their work and to further develop their own sense of artistic identity. So after a whirlwind year of introspective self-evaluation, this exhibition will demonstrate their transformation from student to artist. This exhibition will give an exciting glimpse into the artistic practices of these emerging artists, showcasing the culmination of there artistic journeys at Kensington and Chelsea College featuring a diverse range of work including painting, sculpture, installation and photography. Exploring an equally diverse range of ideas and issues, from the expanded field of painting to identity to storytelling and mythology. This show represents the ending of an informative chapter and the beginning of a whole new book.
