ForumArts is a network for visual artists that delivers opportunities, talks and information about creative practice. Based in and supported by The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, it is ForumArts’s intention to create a community for artists and a platform for discussion and debate. ForumArts was set up by Julian Wild in 2009. The initiative came as part of a studio bursary that he received from The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) and Chelsea Arts Club Trust. Initially the meetings took place in studios and at members exhibitions on an informal basis. With over 300 members Forum now celebrates a diverse community of artists. With the support of RBKC Arts Services we are able to deliver a regular program of talks and events including the first West London Art Prize in 2013 and the UK’s first sculpture symposium in 2014. ForumArts is administrated by Julian Wild and Silvina Soria. RBKC
