The 19th edition of this annual festival in south-east London features a curated programme of work by emerging artists plus a sprawling and diverse Fringe – all within a 1km radius of Deptford station. Carrie Foulkes reports.
Taking place in venues across west Cornwall including an abandoned church, a telecommunications station and a snooker club, the five-month Groundwork programme of international contemporary art is organised by the Cornubian Arts & Science Trust (CAST).
