The private view for the exhibition is on Friday 18th January at 6.30pm. This year the exhibition is kindly sponsored by Granthams. The official prize giving will take place at 6.45pm and I do hope you will be able to attend.
Following the exhibition all artwork must be collected on Monday 11th or Tuesday 12th February, between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Please bring this letter with you as proof of identification.
Please note that due to a lack of storage space, we will dispose of any work that has not been collected by 4pm on Tuesday 12th February 2013.
